Commander in Chief vs. Procrastinator in Chief

Just for the record, I voted for George Bush but I was never a big fan. His social and economic policies were fiscally weak at best. He wasted too much political capital trying to achieve the lofty goal of bipartisanship. He was not effective in leading his own party. But, when it came to the military, he knew what was important to America. He knew that this all volunteer force was the front line against evil in this world and he respected their bravery and sense of duty. For all of his faults, he was clearly a military president.

Contrast this military veteran President with our Progressive President who misspent his youth as an apostle of Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers (now a respected professor in Chicago), studying Karl Marx, listening to Rev. Wright, writing books (although we're still not sure who actually wrote the books) and "organizing" the community. Sadly, both men bear the title Commander in Chief so the military has to follow Obama's lawful orders. That, of course, does not mean that they have to like him.

Reader Vinnie sent me this YouTube video showing what our troops think of both President Bush and Barack Obama:
